Your appointment cannot be held if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. As an option, you can wait in line or re-book your appointment for another day.

Many tests do not require any preparation, but when they do, it's essential to follow all the instructions provided. If you have any concerns or questions, please check the healthcare professional who ordered the test.
To book an appointment, visit appointments.dynacare.ca and select your desired location, time and date. You will receive a booking confirmation once booking is complete. You will also receive a confirmation email including a link to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, if needed. You will receive a reminder email 7 days and 1 day prior to your appointment date.
You can book your appointment at any time by visiting appointments.dynacare.ca. You can book appointment starting 30 minutes from the time you completed your online booking, and up to 4 weeks in advance. Appointments can be booked up to an hour prior to a lab's closing time.

Appointments can be booked at select locations only.
You can book an appointment for regular blood collection, blood collection and ECG, ECG and other specialty services.
You can still walk in or check in online by visiting Dynacare.ca/Find-a-Location.aspx. For Dynacare locations accepting appointments only, we suggest that you go to a neighbouring Dynacare location. To find a convenient location, visit Dynacare.ca/Find-a-Location.aspx
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. You will need to complete the COVID-19 screening questions and enter your information from your requisition.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will no longer be available. We will try to accommodate you with any possible same-day availability, or you may choose to wait in line to be served. You may also re-schedule your appointment for a different date.
To cancel your appointment, simply click on the cancellation link included in the confirmation message you received by email.
This is a 2-step process. First, cancel your appointment by clicking on the link included in the appointment confirmation. Then, proceed to schedule a new appointment by visiting appointments.dynacare.ca
